Colin Skuse, the Director of Ellis Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, which specialises in Refrigeration Installations and Design, is a fully qualified Commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer, with a detailed electrical and mechanical engineering background spanning over 30 years of experience.
